I'm really excited this week because I have a good story to tell. I fought in a war as a soldier this Sunday, and I was killed in battle 4 times.
My coworkers Paul and Winston took me out to play war games on Sunday. A group of friends get together every weekend and go to play in different areas around Taipei. I didn't have a gun, but Paul has a few in his collection, so he lent me one.
We went out to an abandoned building north of Danshui. I had never done anything like this before.
The other guys looked cool. They had all kinds of equipment and uniforms.

It takes a lot of skill to play these kinds of war games. I don't think I had much of a chance, but I plan on doing some killing next time we play.
I was basically the worst soldier ever. We played four games. In the first game, I didn't know what to do. I was really nervous because I was afraid the BBs would hurt, so I just ran back and fourth in the same area and eventually got shot.
In the second and third game, we went up to the top of an abandoned building. I died within 10 seconds in both games.
In the fourth game I decided that I was not going to die right away. I crawled into a think bush to hide from the other people. After sitting in the bush for a while, I decided that I needed to go and kill, so I left the bush. I was really easy to see in the bush with my blue shirt on, so I was killed not too long afterwards.
Next time, Riana is going to come out and play too. She says she is pretty good, so we'll see. I hope she's not better than me, but I'm guessing that she probably is.
